EVENT COORDINATOR
We host events at least once a month and are in need of volunteers who are available to help prep, organize, and run these gatherings.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and execute Lean In WiTI-hosted, partner-hosted, and community events.

Develop a collaborative program of monthly Tech events including workshops, Tech Talks, Webinars and other special events.

Coordinate and communicate with team members as well as external POCs for space planning, schedule planning, audio-visual, and food/beverage and other event logistics.

Strive for continuous improvement by developing and deploying post event surveys and assessing outcomes.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Possess excellent communication, presentation skills (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Able to work with minimal supervision and handle ambiguity.

Able to multi-task with several projects at a time.
-
Able to commit at least 15-20 hours per month.
