By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including, without limitation, the provincial, territorial and federal laws and regulations of India. If you do not agree to the Terms, do not access or use the Site.

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, torturous, excessively violent, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, reflects animus towards any race, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation, or is otherwise objectionable; or

• In the sole judgment of Lean In WiTI , is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying our Services, or which may expose Lean In WiTI or its users to any harm or liability of any type;

 

2. Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers or networks connected to our Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to our Services;

3. Violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, or any regulations having the force of law;

4. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

5. Solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18;

6. Harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from our Services by electronic or other means for the purposes of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications;

7. Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose that is not specifically authorized;

Lean In WiTI may terminate the Terms for any reason at any time. Lean In WiTI reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your use or access to the Site (or any part thereof) for any reason, including, without limitation, that Lean In WiTI believes you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms, Privacy Policy or any law or regulation. In the event of termination, otherwise applicable sections of the Terms survive termination.

Services Content, Software and Trademarks: You acknowledge and agree that our Services may contain content or features (“Service Content”) that are protected by copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by Lean In WiTI, you agree not to modify, copy, frame, scrape, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on our Services or any Service Content, in whole or in part, except that the foregoing does not apply to your own User Content (as defined below) that you legally upload to our Services. You may not access our Services through robots, scraping tools or similar data-gathering or extraction methods.

The technology and software underlying our Services or distributed in connection with them is the property of Lean In WiTI, our affiliates and our partners (the “Software”). You agree not to copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Lean In WiTI.

All trademarks, logos, product and service names, designs, slogans and other marks (referred hereafter as “Marks”) are trademarks of their respective owners. As a participant in Lean In’s Circle program, Lean In WiTI is using Lean In’s name, program logos and other branded materials under a license from LeanIn.Org. Lean In WiTI is an independent, 100% volunteer-run non-profit with zero monetary inflow or outflow and LeanIn.Org does not control its activities.You must not use the Lean In name or Marks set out on the Site without the prior written permission of their respective owners.

User Content: This Site may contain message boards, chat rooms, blogs, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, social media applications and any other interactive features (referred hereafter as "Services”) that allow users of the Site to post, submit, publish, display or transmit to other users or other persons content or materials (referred hereafter as“User Contributions”) on or through the Site. Any User Contribution you upload/post to the Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing one or more User Contributions to the Site, you grant Lean In WiTI the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute and otherwise disclose to third parties any such User Contributions for any purpose. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are a company submitting a logo for our Events, your logo will only be used on Lean In WiTI’s website and marketing materials in order to identify you as a partner/collaborator and for no other reason.

You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, and other information about our Services (referred hereafter as “Feedback”), provided by you to Lean In WiTI is non-confidential, and Lean In WiTI will be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of this Feedback for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. You acknowledge and agree that Lean In WiTI may preserve content and may also disclose content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process, applicable laws or government requests; (b) enforce these Terms; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Lean In WiTI, its users and the public.
